Q. Where do you deliver?

A. We deliver Nationwide.

Q. How long will the vanilla purée last?

A. We recommend using our vanilla purée within 8 months of opening. Due to the high percentage of fresh vanilla in our product, we strongly recommend storing your vanilla purée in the fridge.

Q. What’s in your vanilla extract?

A. Our small batch extract is alcohol and sugar free! It contains: Vegetable Glycerine, Madagascan vanilla & filtered water 

Q. What’s in your magical vanilla bean purée?

A. Granulated cane sugar, filtered water, 'Grade A' Vanilla, lemon, thickener (CMC) & love.

Q. Is your vanilla purée gluten free?

A. It certainly is.

Q. Is your vanilla purée vegan?

A. Yes, 100% vegan.

Q. Is there any alcohol in your vanilla purée?

A. There’s no alcohol in any of our products, it’s all vanilla baby.  

Q. Are your products free from alcohol?

A. Absolutely! all our products are 100% alcohol free . We use vegetable glycerin as a substitute for alcohol in our extracts.

Q. Do I store my vanilla purée in the fridge.

A. Yes, due to being full of fresh vanilla. It's the best place for it!

Q. How is my vanilla purée kept fresh?

A. All our orders are packed on the same day as postage. This will ensure your vanilla is at its best when it lands with you.

Q. When will my vanilla purée arrive?

A. We aim to get all deliveries processed the following day, therefore your vanilla parcel should land between 2-5 working days. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday, we will aim to post out Monday. Excluding bank holidays.

Q. Do you offer next day delivery?

A. Not yet, but watch this space 📦👀

A. Full ingredients information can be found on our socials and also packaging. For any further questions, please email us direct.

Q. Can I use the vanilla purée like I would vanilla paste or extract?

A. We advise you use our vanilla purée as you would an paste or extract in any recipe. Our purée has more depth of flavour than any extract or essence so it’s a great way to ensure that rich vanilla flavour.

Q. What if I haven’t received a confirmation email?

Q. Do you offer returns?

A. Once opened unfortunately we can’t offer returns. However full refund for unopened bottles of purée.

A. It's an intense kick of vanilla, made with fresh vanilla pods and vanilla flavouring. Perfect for that vanilla flavour with out the cost of vanilla pods. We recommend our vanilla purée for all premium bakes.

Q. Is your Vanilla Dust similiar to icing sugar?

A. Yes, we grind down cane sugar and mix with our roast 'Grade A' vanilla for that luxurious vanilla flavour. We like our 'Vanilla Dust' on top of our French toast & pancakes!!
