At Vanilla Guys, we aim to pack and dispatch orders carefully and efficiently so that our customers receive their vanilla products in excellent condition.
UK website orders
For orders placed through our online shop, the available delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Our current UK website delivery options include:
- Standard shipping: 2–5 working days — £3.75
- 48-hour tracked delivery: excluding weekends and bank holidays — £10.50
- Free shipping: available on website orders over £70.00
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, bank holidays, seasonal peaks or where there are delays with postal or courier services.
Order processing
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Trade and wholesale orders
For trade and wholesale customers, delivery arrangements may differ from standard website orders.
Our wholesale price list currently states that delivery is included on wholesale orders listed in the trade price list, and that stocked trade products are ready to ship. It also states that where an order is placed by 2 pm on day one, delivery is expected by day three.
Trade customers can contact us before ordering if they need to confirm delivery arrangements, stock availability, larger-format products or specific delivery requirements.
Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
